ASSESSMENT INFORMATION

The Association emails each homeowner an invoice in March for that year's annual dues unless dues were previously paid at a real estate closing.

 

Homeowners have the option to pay annually (in full: one installment in March) or biannually (two installments: half in March and half in September). If paid biannually, a second invoice will be emailed in September. 

 

Dues must be paid by the end of the billing month. One late notice will be sent if an assessment remains unpaid past the grace period. Late notices not paid as requested will be pursued by a property lien.

*Note: Invoices may also include any past due balances and/or fees.


The HOA will no longer accept dues payments by check. Any payment sent by mail or dropped in the black association drop box will be returned to the homeowner at the homeowner's expense.

As of 2025:
Association Homeowners will owe $884.30.
Biannual payers pay $442.15 in March and again in September.
