The Creek at Chester Homeowners Association charges a one-time transfer assessment fee of $150.00 to the Buyers of our Association properties. The closing or title company can make check payable to Baker Street Management Company LLC and mail it to the address listed below.

 

It is the policy of The Creek at Chester Homeowners Association to collect the remainder of the calendar year's assessment dues from the Buyer, plus the full dues for the next calendar year at closing.

 

Dues will be prorated to the closing date.  Association homeowners pay annual assessment dues of $919.67for 2026. Upon the first full calendar year of ownership, homeowners will have the option to pay dues annually or biannually. The closing or title company can make checks payable to Creek at Chester Homeowners Association and mail them to the address listed below.
